Not long ago, however, I lay on a table while I watched a laparoscope on a TV monitor, (long, flexible camera with a bright light) wend its way through parts of my body that, frankly, shouldn't be seen by the owner of the body in realtime.
Then there was the pain...

Ah, the power of technology!
